NEW ROLE - Legal PA - Tax law for a Leading UK law Firm in the heart of the City.....£38,000

Working for a Leading UK law firm in the heart of the City - This is a busy Legal Secretary PA role working in the Tax department which is incredibly busy.

The Legal Secretary PA will provide support to a team of Partners and Fee Earners within the Corporate Tax team, therefore Corporate / Tax experience is highly desirable.

This is a challenging position that will require the utmost professionalism, particularly as you will be dealing with highly confidential matters. The ideal Legal Secretary PA will be someone who can follow instruction yet be pro-active, is accommodating yet robust, has a good typing speed and eye for detail and can turn documents around quickly and has good academics as you will be entrusted with much of the work.

The ideal personality is reflective of the area of Law; bubbly, vibrant, energetic and determined are just some of the key characteristics the firms is looking for - any others that you'd like to bring to this Legal Secretary/PA role would only help.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn new skills and utilise an already existing skill set. This Legal Secretary PA will need:

*Accurate typing speed of 65+wpm
*Be proficient on Microsoft Word and Outlook
*Excel and PowerPoint skills desirable
*Be pro-active and eager to learn
*Good academics
*A want to be in a busy role, yet extremely personable environment!!

General Secretarial duties will apply including Document creation and amendments, diary management, travel arranging and drafting emails - of course, this list isn't exhaustive!
