Leading law firm in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their clinical negligence department.
Due to the department’s continuing success and expansion, a requirement has arisen within our client’s clinical negligence department for a further legal secretary. Responsibilities
- Provide strong secretarial support to the department
- Audio transcription
- Typing of letters and documents
- Organising diaries
- Collation of information
- Telephone contact with clients and third parties
- Applications are encouraged from legal secretaries with a strong background in a similar role
- Have fast and accurate typing with a minimum speed of 65 wpm
- Ability to input information quickly and accurately
- Demonstrate an ability to meet KPI’s relating to transcription
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Big Hand
