Leading law firm in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their clinical negligence department.

Due to the department’s continuing success and expansion, a requirement has arisen within our client’s clinical negligence department for a further legal secretary.

  • Provide strong secretarial support to the department
  • Audio transcription
  • Typing of letters and documents
  • Organising diaries
  • Collation of information
  • Telephone contact with clients and third parties
The Candidate
  • Applications are encouraged from legal secretaries with a strong background in a similar role
  • Have fast and accurate typing with a minimum speed of 65 wpm
  • Ability to input information quickly and accurately
  • Demonstrate an ability to meet KPI’s relating to transcription
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Big Hand
