Our dynamic client is actively seeking a float legal secretary with strong administration experience to join its busy office in Sheffield. The successful candidate will work within the firm’s residential conveyancing department and will be required to regularly travel to the firm’s local offices. Responsibilities
- Prioritising and typing legal correspondence and documentation from digitally dictated material
- Submitting searches
- Completing Land Registry applications
- Completing various forms and documents
- Applications are encouraged from legal secretaries with a minimum of one years’ experience
- A minimum typing speed of 60 wpm is essential
- Knowledge of BigHand digital dictation would be advantageous
- Have a flexible approach and be willing to commute to other local offices
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite would be beneficial
