Private Client Legal Team Assistant sought for an innovative law firm in West Sussex!

The Role
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the successful Legal Team Assistant will support the workflow managing daily duties which may include opening and closing files; case management; producing correspondence; e-mail and diary management; telephony; directing new enquiries; arranging client meetings and distributing post; preparing court bundles; dealing with fee-earners' time recording and billing; use of online portals; maintaining Excel spreadsheets; organising travel arrangements; photocopying; booking couriers and; general administration.

The Candidate
Applications are welcome from Legal Assistants with experience of customer service gained within a reputable law firm;
Previous legal secretary experience in Tax, Trust and Probate (Private Client) or similar would be highly advantageous;
Having an accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint will be essential;
Highly personable with an excellent telephone manner;
Organised and detail orientated.
