An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our client’s high performing office based in Essex. Assisting and supporting an expert family fee earner, the successful legal secretary will manage a caseload consisting of a wide range of administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Audio typing
- File management
- Preparing client invoices and managing banking slips
- Assisting clients with updates
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Diary management
- Ensuring compliance with professional standards
- Receptionist duties
- General administrative work
- Applications are welcomed from legal secretaries of all levels
- Experience of working within family law is essential
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your workload effectively
- Legal Aid experience would be advantageous, but not essential
- Excellent communication and client care skills
