A new opportunity has become available in the Stockport area for a Legal Secretary working for a multi service law firm. The role will mainly support fee earners within the Conveyancing and Private Client departments.

The Legal Secretary role will be varied including:

  • Typing and preparing documents
  • Opening and closing files
  • File maintenance and archiving
  • Use of land registry - searches
  • Registering deeds and wills
  • Photocopying/printing/scanning
  • Dealing with post
  • General admin duties
  • Reception cover
  • Meet and greet clients

Previous experience within Legal Secretarial work is essential. Experience within Conveyancing or Private Client/Wills/Probate work would also be an advantage.

You should have good IT skills and be a professional communicator.

The Legal Admin/Secretary role is permanent, competitive salary and benefits.

Working hours are usually full time but are negotiable.

Salary advertised is a guideline only and is negotiable.
