Residential Property Legal Secretary.
This forward thinking, progressive law firm is now looking for an experienced conveyancing legal secretary to join their growing residential property department. This law firm can offer you a highly supportive and friendly environment, along with a competitive salary and the chance to work from state of the art offices in Birmingham city centre.
Based in Birmingham, you will join and support the firms residential property department on a full time, permanent basis where you will be expected to provide full secretarial support to the fee earners within the team. Your key duties will include but will not be limited to audio/copy typing, liaising with key clients, preparing/drafting documents and bundles, along with providing key administrative support.
In order to be considered for this residential property legal secretary role, you must have experience working in a similar role preferably with 2 years + experience, have understanding of SDLT forms and use of The Land Registry, and have excellent typing and communication skills.
