Conveyancing Legal Secretary
An experienced Conveyancing Secretary is required for an exciting opportunity with a long standing and reputable multi service firm.
You can expect to carry out the full complement of Legal Secretary duties. Typical responsibilities will include - typing complex documents using digital dictation; photocopying, faxing and filing; fielding queries from clients; arranging meetings; utilising the Case Management System; archiving files and producing bills.
The ideal candidate will have worked as a Legal Secretary and have experience in Conveyancing. You will be highly organised and a fast typist, minimum 60 words per minute. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be a naturally organised Secretary with strong legal administrative and IT skills.
