The successful Legal Secretary/Legal PA will be working within the Corporate team - A really busy department offering exposure to other transaction based areas of law on a regular basis - this only means good things for your CV! Experience within Corporate is not essential, but experience gained as a Legal PA within another transaction based area of law (Finance, Banking, M&A etc) would be advantageous. This role is supporting an allocation of seven, made up of Fee Earners at varying levels of seniority - assisting with both secretarial and organisational based work.

In order to be considered for this excellent Legal Secretary/Legal PA position, you must possess the following skills & experience:

- Experience gained as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA in a London based law practice.
- A recognised Legal Secretarial qualification (ILEX, Pitmans, Quest etc)
- Experience of working for an allocation of Fee Earners (three or more Lawyers ideally!)
- Professional proficiency on MOS packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience gained within a transaction based area of law would be preferable.
