Tenacious Private Client Legal Secretary sought for a Legal 500 department in Hertfordshire.

Providing extensive support to fee earners, the successful applicant will be a team player with a fast and accurate typing speed of 50 wpm and communicate well both verbally and in writing.

• Assist fee earners
• File management
• Liaise with clients and other professionals
• Telephony
• Diary management
• Organise client activities
• Producing and processing bills
• Travel coordination
• Use of case management systems
• General administrative duties

The Candidate
• Ideally, a legal secretary with a minimum of one year’s experience
• Experience in a private client department is essential
• Possess a fast and accurate typing speed of 50 wpm
• Have excellent client care and communication skills
• Keen eye for detail and good time management skills
• Work well in a team and on own initiative
• IT literate with a good grasp of Microsoft Office applications
