Highly accredited firm seeks a Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary in Kent.

Our client is actively seeking a proactive legal secretary with strong experience in residential conveyancing matters to join its office in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The successful applicant will support fee earners specialising in residential conveyancing.

Responsibilities
• Diary management
• File management
• Use of case management systems
• Taking instructions from clients
• Data processing
• Telephony
• General administrative duties

The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from legal secretaries experienced in residential conveyancing matters
• Possess strong administrative experience
• Demonstrate excellent communication and typing skills
• Work efficiently as part of a team and individually under own initiative
