Secretary - Conveyancing

Well-established Legal 500 firm in North West London seeks an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join their team.

Due to continued success our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced secretary to join their conveyancing team at their office in North West London. The hours for this role are 9.30 to 17.30 from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
• Digital dictation
• Preparing contract papers
• Drafting completion statements
• Registering and removing charges to Companies House
• Submitting AP1, RX1 and UN1 forms to the Land Registry
• Ordering official copies
• Section 25 notices
• Submitting stamp duty forms
• Drafting statements of truth for Land Registry purposes
• Acknowledgements of service and answers

The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from experienced secretaries
• At least 5 years’ experience in conveyancing is required
• Previous experience in submitting online forms to the Land Registry, registering and removing charges at Companies House and submitting stamp duty forms to the inland revenue
• Accurate and fast audio typing skills
