CONVEYANCING LEGAL SECRETARY
£18,000 - £20,000
I am currently working with a well-established, multi service law firm based in Walsall. Due to continued growth, the firm are now looking to recruit a Conveyancing Legal Secretary on a permanent, full time basis.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within Conveyancing
• Fast typing speed including audio typing experience
• Highly organised
• Experience dealing with SDLT returns, Land Registry Requirements, ID checks
• Excellent IT and communication skills
• Close to motorway
• Close to city centre
