CONVEYANCING LEGAL SECRETARY

Legal Secretary, with Conveyancing experience sought for an established Legal practice in Essex.

The Role

Our client is now seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary for their growing Residential Conveyancing department. Hitting the ground running, the successful candidate will undertake a variety of duties to include; audio typing, general administration, meeting and greeting clients, opening new files, working with case management system, producing standard letters and carrying out property related searches. Applicants must be personable with excellent communication skills, have an exceptional telephone manner with a good typing speed as well as experience within a traditional conveyancing department.



The Candidate

We are currently seeking a Legal Secretary with experience with Conveyancing experience

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT and administration skills

Experience in audio typing with a fast and accurate speed is essential for this role

Candidates will be organised and able to manage a full workload with minimal supervision, have excellent communication skills, with a good telephone manner
