The role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Legal Administrator to support our Dispute Resolution team in our London Office for six months.
Main Duties and responsibilities:-
General duties include, but are not limited to:
General document production as required including printing, photocopying, binding and scanning.
Dealing with any administrative tasks required by immediate fee earners;
File management, filing documents and correspondence both electronically and physically.
Taking detailed messages and dealing with queries where possible.
General diary management, including booking travel and accommodation for fee-earners.
Formatting documents in accordance with our in house style.
Assisting with monthly billing process, drafting narratives and covering correspondence with team secretaries.
Responsible for payment of all invoices, dealing with expenses and petty cash.Liaising with accounts to arrange payments of funds to clients and third parties as required.
Meeting and greeting clients on arrival to the office.
Making sure all electronic and hard copy filing is completed as required
In addition to the above, dealing with any ad hoc queries as reasonably requested.
