Owen Reed are recruiting for a Legal PA to join a top law firm. The Legal PA with work within the Private (Litigation/Contentious) team.  The Legal PA will support 1 Senior Associate, 1 Associate and 1 Trainee

Responsibilities/Duties of the Legal PA
•Comprehensive support through extensive diary and e-mail management
•Proactively manage and prepare for meetings, ensuring all travel arrangements and relevant documents are managed effectively and room bookings and other venues are set up appropriately.
•Prepare and draft documents on behalf of each Partner, including typing letters, correspondence and other documents as and when required.
•Attend client meetings and take comprehensive minutes and notes and be responsive to the needs of each Partner. 
•Manage comprehensive travel arrangements
•Manage each Partners phone calls and on-going requests from clients and colleagues
•Be flexible to manage out-of-hours requests, with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a flexible approach to working overtime when required.
•Preparing and sending e-mails to include attaching documents, printing and filing of incoming emails, attachments and confirmations.
•General administration including photocopying, scanning and faxing
•Opening and closing of files as required.
•Organising existing files and filing of documents.
•Maintaining client contact details on the Interaction database.
•Liaising with clients in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
•Arranging couriers – UK and overseas.
•Completing and submitting expense forms.
•Preparation of monthly bills.
•Offering assistance to others in the department as required and be flexible to cover holiday and sickness.
